Therefore, we have created this page to provide you with all the necessary information on how to make a return or exchange.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please note that the item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure mentioned above and then place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund for the returned item(s) as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at (434) 212-1237 or email us at anfreville@silverringset.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that all orders are final sale after 30 days of the purchase date.
