Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order.

Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?
A: Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

Q: What shipping options do you have?
A: For USA domestic orders we offer FedEx and USPS shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: yes, we can ship the jewelry to most countries around the world.

Q: Are your payments secure? I don’t want to give you my bank card details.
A: Yes, all payments are handled by third-party bank custodians Stripe and your bank card information never hits our servers.

Q: Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
A: Orders submitted online can be delivered to all the countries. Shipping charge differs from the shipping address and package content. For more detail, you can check when check out.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Around 3-15 business days, you will get the package. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas due to COVID-19 impact.

Q: Do I receive an invoice for my order?
A: Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

Q: Have a question about your ring size?
A: We propose two simple options:
Option 1: Pick a ring that fits you and measure its inside diameter. After measurement, please check our corresponding size here.
If it is between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger one.
Option 2: Print out our sizing guide on a piece of A4 paper and follow the instructions carefully to ensure that the size you are choosing is right for you.

Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
A: Usually, each piece of our jewelry is packaged in a separate box and each product is individually protected. If you do not need gift wrapping, please contact us.

Q: Will the color of the stones be different?
A: Due to their natural origin, semi-precious stones may have slightly different shades.
Such color changes will not be considered as defects or defects.
